The figure used for this unit is a Mech Warrior figure from the Solaris VII Heavy-Class Action Pack set. Its model name is Mortis.

The figure fits on a double-spaced base.

Character Bio: General Vydar has once again cast his gaze to the war-torn planet of Alpha Prime; and this time, he has called to a new Soulborg Major. With his Guided Cannon Special Attack, Major J15 can ignore the swarming rabble to focus his attacks on his target. And with a swing from the Scythe of Aunderae, a gift from Vydar, Major J15 can fell the mightiest of foes.

That's a very long list of large/huge figures. It might make more sense to put that in a spoiler tag, or even create a reference list in a separate thread/post and put a link here.

More crucially, we should put Melee Soulborg Bonding with the Hoplitrons on the list of synergy benefits received.

The OP says small peanut base, does anyone know which figures from the two base sets have small peanut bases? I'm not sure if I have any with large bases for comparison.

Mimring and Grimnak have large double bases. Figures like Q10 have small double bases.
