Can I get some shots of the figures on the battlefield? Unpainted miniatures are workable, but I'd like to see them first.

They are completely transparent, except their bases (which I'm in the process of rebasing) and the tombstone that one of the figures is passing through. I will get a picture of them though.

I actually saw these in my FLGS a few months ago when I was last there, but I can't really remember what they look like, and I think some photo evidence might help convince others too.

Here's a picture of them near Isamu, which is the picture I have of them in my custom's thread

And here's a picture I just took of them, where I recreated a situation from a playtest I did with them recently. (off screen a Protector is on a +1 Defense glyph, and a Specter is on a +2 move glyph, which is why so many of them are there. Also the Protectors are rolling a lot of 1 skulls, or blanks for their attacks)

Interesting. I love the minis but are they really height 5? Maybe it's the steep angle, but they look smaller. And, of course, they appear to be on thinner bases.

I have the minis and they're definitely not 5. 4 would be better for them for sure. They're somewhere between 3 and 4, IIRC.

Sorry about that, I have it as 4 in my customs thread, and I'm not sure where the 5 came from. I'll edit the post to fix that back to 4 height.

Man do those minis look dainty. I know beggars can't be choosers, but I doubt if they were painted they would be acceptable since they appear to be really small.

I withhold my vote for now.

As I wrote above, they'd probably benefit from being on normal 'Scape bases. And from pictures next to more moderately-sized 5's, rather than the hefty Sentinels. On regular bases, I suspect they'd be a respectable 4 standing next to the Phantom Knights, for instance. They don't need to be full human size to execute this theme, IMHO.

I just got home and checked out the figures. They're not as small as I remembered -- definitely a Medium 4 -- but they're about as thin as you'd expect a DnD mini to be. That's not a bad thing, IMO, especially in this case where they're less powerful spirits. I can get some comparison pictures up in the morning.
