We're giving Prowl a small update here so he can work with the Joe's more effectively. @Soundwarp SG-1 will update the card when he gets a chance to do so, as of now the SP is up to date and how he should be played going forward when testing. Below is the change made in red.
MILITARY COORDINATOR If there are no more than two Order Markers on any one card in your army, you may add or subtract 1 from your initiative roll for each Order Marker on the card of a Unique Hero you control that is a Commando, Leader, Scout, or Soldier, up to a maximum of 3.
