I’d say your Hydra needs be at least 250pts, maybe more. 6 attacks of 6 is INSANE.

Honestly I’d start that thing at 500 and work from there. Its offensive potential is nuts, since 6 attacks of 6 can kill most anything in one turn.

I mostly agree. I'd pay the extra 20 pts all day everyday for this Valkrill hydra vs Utgar's hydra. 2 extra life (and attacks), 2 more attack dice, and is that also 1 more move than Utgar's hydra? I think the only synergy it might miss is Ornak OM1 flag activation.

Although, I wonder how many times you'd actually be able to make full use of 6 rolls of 6 dice....

They sound really broken to be honest, the base game Hydra is absurd enough as it is, killable but still 4 attacks of four is tough. Now your versions of the Hydra are overall crazy broken, the Hydra with 6 or 5 heads alone should be worth at least 350 points, and the Hydra Lord is basically an army on his own. Making them 200 points is way too cheap.
