Alright, Rebellious is what we'll use for personality here, no problems there.

We're still in the breathing period, and there seems to be confusion here as to whether Incite Riot should be once per game or once per round without the attacks. I'd personally prefer once per game, as it has been pointed out, you don't incite a riot every 5 minutes.

I know what happened to his stats. When I re-posted the design in my design thread, I didn't change the link in the OP of the thread, so it was still linked to the version in the Public Design Post, which had his stats at 5/5. 4/4 is correct and will be changed after the breathing period.

Fwiw, if we changed the Incite Riot power to a once per round movement, I'd suggest changing the name to something like "Incite Unrest." But it's probably better as is and once per game anyway.

I still would like to see it Civilians only, though.

Yes, of course, I forgot to mention that. It will become "common Civilians" to avoid future roadblocks.

(I'd be against specifically calling out the card because A) we try to avoid that wherever possible and B) it's technically a Marvel card and that's some weird cross-culture stuff going on there.)

I like the souped up, once per game Riot. This guy shouldn't have much staying power, so doing it once per turn / round probably isn't that useful.

I like Rebellious for personality, although Inspiring could work as well. Maybe Subversive?
