You seem to really really like automatic skulls and double attacks.
I think the ideas you had earlier were much more interesting. I'd stay away from the auto-skulls and double attack mechanics unless really necessary. |

I replaced the Dead-Eye Revolver hero with the Crime Master miniature. The Fantomex was good, but it made no sense to use that miniature for a card that attacks once.

The name of the power implies the second option to me, but the power itself seems like the former. I made some changes to my custom hero, Danial "Justice" Jones. His first ability is 1 automatic skull and shield against Outlaws. The last ability only works against Outlaws.
