Is the intent of Shared Power to reuse it on a Captain Marvel Jr? Not familiar with the characters, but the bio makes it sound like it would be weird for Captain Marvel Jr and Captain Marvel to able to team up without a hitch, while Mary threw a wrench into the works.

If it's meant to be reusable, I guess you'd have to roll twice (once for each power) if you brought both her and Jr into the same build. If that's the intent, then we're good. Otherwise, Shared Power needs some Doombot language to keep you from having to roll more than once.

EDIT: Actually we probably need a wording update here either way (assuming it's meant to be reusable), since the results aren't super-clear if you get more than one roll.

That aside, this is looking good for EPB stuff. Mercury should come before Zeus and Achilles going by strict power-ordering principles, but "SHAMZA" doesn't have the same ring to it, so I suppose we'll give it a pass.

We may still want to shore up the wording for Mary in case of power-copiers like Doom or whomever, but it doesn't seem critical.

Yeah, in cases like this we have no problem bending the rules. It's why the TMNT powers refer to "Ninja Turtles" rather than "Turtle Ninja," with our usual race-class ordering.

He doesn't always show his face in public but he's still around and pops his head in from time to time.

This Anniversary release was special in that there are designs form several former Heroes in here as well as new Sidekicks.

I'd like to request to the Heroes that we make the following change to the Shared Powers special power here (assuming the text fits!):

SHARED POWER OF SHAZAM!
Immediately after revealing an Order Marker on the card of any figure you control that is a Human Captain Marvel or that has this special power, before taking a turn, you must roll the 20-sided die once for all cards you control with this special power. If you roll 6 or lower, that figure cannot use any special powers this turn. If you roll 7 or higher, you may instead take a turn with any figure you control that is a Human Captain Marvel or that has this special power.

The reasoning is two-fold. I don't think the current text reads very clearly. I looked back at it tonight after years of not using it and could not remember the intent, despite LDing this. There were also a lot of comments during the design process of folks not loving the wording, but we just didn't come up with anything better.
Also, I think this is a power we want to be able to reuse and not just on figures specifically named Captain Marvel. It should be able to work with Captain Marvel Jr. and Tawny the Tiger, etc. And it shouldn't stack, it should just be one roll for all.
So to solve these three issues: clarity, reusability, and prevention of unwanted stacking, I propose we change to the above wording (which has been vetted by Ronin as well).
