Tournament Details:

Rough Schedule
10am-11:00am: Registration, Map Setup
11:00am-4:00 pm: 4 Rounds of Games (Rolling Rumble this year)
4:00pm-6:00 pm: Paired 5th Round + Championship/Playoffs
6:00pm-7:00 pm: Teardown, Cleanup, and Prizes
(Last two years we were all done with games and cleanup by ~6pm)


Tournament Format: United Generals
Bring one army constructed under the following restrictions:

- Classic figures only (no marvel or customs)
- Choose 4 Army Cards (Each army card must be from a different general)
- No Point Limit
- 11 figure limit (no sitting of figures is allowed)
- You may only have one hero figure in your army that is 150 points or higher.
- If you have no large or huge hero figures in your army then you may choose a 5th general’s army card to use in your army.


Format FAQ

Can I play Jotun and Hounds in the same army?
Yes, Hounds/Grok Riders/deathstalkers/Templars are large squads. If you choose to play them, you may still take a large/huge hero

If I play 2 sets of a common squad consisting of 4 units, can I still qualify for the bonus general?
No, If you play 2 sets of common squads then you will have 11 figures after choosing your other 3 generals. The bonus general would put you over the figure limit and since you cannot sit figures, your army would not be valid.

So I am unable to play more than 2 squads?
Not entirely. 2 squads of Deathchasers of Thesk, Krav Maga, Jotun, Me-Burq-Sa would be 11 figures and 3 total squads. Also Mezzos and Deathknights can give you 3+ of a given squad. However you will not be able to play 3x anything that is a common squad of 3.

Can I play Master of the Hunt x8?
No, uncommon heroes require multiple army cards to play. You are only allowed one army card per general.

What about white wyrmling x8?
Yes, common heroes can be used multiple times as long as your entire army fits into the figure limit. Dumutef Guard x8 is also allowed.

If I play Cyprien, Evar-Scarcarver, Syvarris, and Mohicans x2, can I use my bonus general on Drake V2?
No, your bonus general army card must still follow all the other existing restrictions. In this example, both Cyprien and Drake V2 are 150 or more, so that army submission would be invalid.

So can the bonus general army card be a large or huge hero?
No. The bonus general cannot be large or huge. It also cannot be a 12th figure in your army, and cannot be the 2nd hero of 150 or more points in your army.

Round Pairing:

Round Pairing: We will be using Rolling Rumble this year. Players will be paired at the beginning of the event. As players finish their games they will be paired, based on recent win/loss, with other players who have finished, so each game should be played to a reasonable conclusion. However, the Event Organizer may call a game at their discretion if it runs longer than a reasonable amount of time. (Players should pick a map that neither has played on if possible. If there are multiple maps, players should dice off to randomly pick a map)

Playoff Structure
After 4 rounds:

If there is only 1 undefeated player he will be declared tournament champion.

If there are multiple undefeated players, a championship game or bracket will be held. Ranked by SoS*

If there are no undefeated players, than the top 4 one loss players based on SoS* will make the playoffs.

Rematches will be avoided where possible in the playoffs

The playoff rounds may be timed depending on the number of rounds required and the time remaining.

*If there are any byes for one loss player, their SoS will be calculated by averaging their 3 live opponents and multiplying by 4.

Glyph Pool

Please provide your own glyphs for the map you made. You (the map bringer) pick the glyphs for the map. No temporary power glyphs are allowed. All power glyphs will be played power side up and the same glyph will be used for the whole tournament on that map and in that location. Glyphs must be placed in map designated glyph positions. Any activated traps will trigger 1 unblockable attack die roll against the figure who activated it. You may substitute your power glyphs for treasure glyphs, but any map with a treasure glyph must come with a list of the possible treasure glyphs.
