Re: The Book of Mok
I started with a sheer-like thing but it left too much excess. So I sanded the rest off.
Handle origin: I used to film comedy skits with my friends. I didn't want any cursing in them, so I made up new insults, like "dendrik". Then Sir Denrick came out, and the rest is history. |

Re: The Book of Mok
I did awesome at our local tourney Saturday with Mok; I went 3-1 and came in third place.
He's great in the build as a first line key-figure-killer, or cleanup where the opposing force has nothing that stand toe-to-toe with him. But once you put OMs on him, you must keep at it, so I's say he is a Menacer. Granted he rolled defense like a champ, with 2 shields consistently, and the last game I lost because of a couple bad rolls on Mok and Dwarves; usually it was one or the other. The build was Mok, Axegrinders x4, and Guilty. Guilty literally did nothing all tourney. I'd say he is an A/A- figure. |

Re: The Book of Mok
Is there any mechanism for the gunners to get off his shoulders and back into play while he is still alive?

Re: The Book of Mok
Nope. It'd make a neat custom power though ... I imagine the C3G has a figure with a power that could do that.

There are a lot of cool things you could have done with this card (dwarves able to get off voluntarily or after Mok dies, starting the game with the dwarves already on the card, allowing figures at the proper height to kill dwarves even when engaged, etc) but these things would all have made a complex card even more complex. I think the current power set gives a good Heroscape interpretation of this awesome sculpt. |

Re: The Book of Mok
Did you pm Superfrog? That would be best. I don't know how anybody could think Mok is a single hex figure, but it wouldn't hurt to add it.

Re: The Book of Mok
Question:
Are dwarves removed from Mok's card with Gunner Casualties destroyed or just removed and set aside (not destroyed, but not in play)? Can they be revived with the Glyph of Sturla? |

Re: The Book of Mok
They have not been destroyed. Like clinging gnids, they just have left the battlefield, and are no longer in play.
