You inflict wounds, not deal them, but everything looks good to me otherwise.

Probably none of this is important, so ignore as desired.

V actually has some pretty good offensive output currently. Three special attacks of 3 can be pretty deadly... in fact I think it rivals Punisher's offensive punch in a lot of ways... maybe it should be toned down a bit? Or maybe he can't use the Special if he's engaged? That would be somewhat thematic... while his cronies are tying the others down, he's tough, but up close, he cowers.

EDIT: Never mind, I just re-read You Dummy, and realized the risk reward factor. Ignore me!

Correct - ERBs aren't in public anymore. Since this design is still pretty fresh, how about we give the heroes and everyone else until tomorrow to weigh in with any last concerns, then if there are none I'd be happy to run an initial for this guy tomorrow.
