I'm fine with it, but does he have to be adjacent to the green lantern? I would think within 4 spaces of would be good.

I'd be cool with a 4 space proximity. They rarely seem right next to each other when they're floating through space and battling and all.

Looks good! I do wonder if we want to tweak Instill Hope at all to make it more likely to see play, though? +2 for each figure? Auto skull for each figure?

That'd definitely be a theme fail for the Star Sapphires, though. Not sure about the blues.
