Nice bio! I'm actually enjoying reading these. If this isn't copied from another source, some grammatical suggestions:

"Feeling the all the guilt and remorse of his previous actions" > remove the

"Smitten, both with Buffy and the idea of a new purpose in his life" > reads more clearly without the comma after Smitten. Wait! I'm suggesting we remove a comma! Call the EMT, stat!

I'm wondering what makes this guy worth 200.

His attack's good, but not stunning, his mobility is good, but again, nothing special, his Dark Avenger ability doesn't seem that useful, 4 Defence and 6 Life will be cracked quite easily in Superscape, even with end of round healing, and The Demon Within is a pure negative for the player taking him. I can't help but think I'm missing something here.

I wouldn't underestimate Dark Avenger. It really trips up squads and melee attackers

There's a premium for defensive abilities because of the ways they can interact with other powers, or because they can protect powerful but fragile units. Try pairing him with Bizarro, or with a figure that has the Daring Decoy power.
