Personally, I'd like to see the line: "You may not take any additional turns with other Sinestro Corps Soldiers you control." added to the end of Tactical Formation.
This would be in keeping with how we handled this type of power on the Vigilante Sidekick power and it'd help with what's clearly a legitimate interpretation issue here. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe Adam is taking a break from Heroscapers and currently he is on vacation.

He's had a couple of weeks to respond to this and hasn't had the chance apparently. I think we need to decide on this as Heroes and move on. I've expressed my view - we could use an update here.
