Why are armies restricted by figures and not Spaces?

That's been the tournament standard for a while now. It gives more viability to units like Hounds, Groks and Templar. (Cause lets be honest, the latter two need the help.)

To add, the change from hexes to figures coincided with the move from a 24 figures limit down to 16. If we had kept it at 16 hexes instead of making the move to a figure limit then double-space commons like Hounds, Groks, and Templar would have become basically unplayable.

On the multiplayer madness, is this any teams goes? Like all the A+ armies/units or is it restricted to A and below? Want to be sure on what I build.

Multiplayer madness is unrestricted; you can use the A+ units to your heart’s content!

Quick question: would one be allowed to join Shifting Alliances late and play just for fun if they were eliminated from the VCheese Cut?

Yes, and same with Multiplayer Madness on Wednesday (if people arrive after the first round, they can still jump in and play in later rounds). Part of the beauty of these more casual multiplayer formats is that they're more flexible.

FYI: the Wise Men tourney has been cut. I will add another event at that time slot if attendance exceeds 50 people.

There's been a GIANT change to Shifting Alliances. It's literally huge. Huge 10 to be precise.

I never meant to ban Jotun. The point total has been increased to 225. Go Wild.

Also, what order are the armies chosen? Depending on the armies present, it may matter who picks in what order.
