Lots to talk about here still, it seems.

Spidey, I see what you're saying about defensive powers instead of the current "Instill Hope" but Blue Lanterns are able to power up GLs too, right? It's not a one way street. (I'm realizing that restricting that power to GLs might be a way to avoid the problems with Hulk, etc.). Also, I'm afraid that Blue Light of Hope would end up redundant with a Blue Power Shield. When we do other Blue Lanterns, I think we'll easily go with Blue Power Shield there, but Blue Light of Hope is sort of his answer instead.

Also, we should probably discuss altering Larfleeze's name over in his thread, right?

I hate to distract from the larger issue, but I'm still not sure where Pacredan came from. Can't find any sources. Astonian seems to be commonly used species for him.

Fwiw, I kind of like the idea of Blue Light of Hope healing everyone adjacent to him. It feels like something he'd do, thematically (i.e. share hope with everyone), and it makes it a bit more tactically challenging to use, which I like considering its power level.

I would say that yes, he is instilling hope in all beings around him with his power. It keeps the power level stable as well.

I will change "for the remainder of the turn" to "until the next time you reveal an Order Marker" to remove the discrepancy.

Blue Light of Hope wasn't enough to couple with the barrage of attacks by Juggernaut.

- Give a brief overview. As previously mentioned, this guy shouldn't be winning solo fights as it is. He'll be much better in army tests.

Saint Walker was defending well, but he wasn't killing anything either.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? 6/6 Hawkmen of Thanagar, Round 2, Turn 2.

- Does it pass, Yes or NoYES.
- What should be the unit's point value? 260-280.
- Give a brief overview. Saint Walker dealt quite a few wounds to Sabretooth, and Blue Light of Hope was helpful, but once the Green Lanterns had died, things were not looking good.
Map: Mayberry.
Units: Saint Walker (280), Green Lanterns John Stewart, Kyle Rayner, Guy Gardner, and Green Construct Shield x3 (1300) vs. Magneto II, Destiny, Sabretooth, Blob, Avalanche, and Kang (1300).

Spoiler Alert!

Things heat up quickly, as Sabretooth and Magneto pounce and throw figures. Magneto slaughters John magnetically, and Sabretooth locks down the rest of the group. Magneto's Magnetic Assault continues to wreck the Lanterns, as well as Sabretooth's powerful attacks, regardless of the defense bonuses from the constructs that have been created. Saint Walker deals some damage to Sabretooth, and Magneto kills the final Green Lantern with ease. Blue Light of Hope helps delay the inevitable, but Magneto throwing figures into Blob is just deadly.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Team 2: Sabretooth w/ 1 wound, Destiny, Kang, Magneto II, Avalanche, and Blob unharmed.

Army Test
- Does it pass, Yes or NoYES.
- What should be the unit's point value? 250.
- Give a brief overview. The defensive maneuvering performed by the team gave them a real fighting chance. If Darkseid hadn't rolled so high on defense, the game would have easily been theirs.
Map: Mayberry.
Units: Saint Walker (280), Rorschach, Punisher, Daredevil, and Robin (Dick Grayson) (880) vs. Wasp I, Darkseid, Doctor Fate, and Hawkeye II (880).

Spoiler Alert!

A skillful cycle movement brings Darkseid right into the action, and right out of the bat he wounds Saint Walker severely. Daredevil comes to the rescue and deals 3 wounds in return, and Robin jumps in to take some hits instead. Daredevil focuses on engaging the other two powerhouses not far away, giving Saint some leeway. Fate hits Daredevil, but he survives. The battle rages, and Daredevil kills Hawkeye, and Fate on the next turn. Darkseid finally kills Robin, opening up a vulnerable Saint Walker. Darkseid kills Saint Walker, and Daredevil and Punisher go all out on him. Unfortunately, he simply cannot be hit it seems! He kills them, and Rorscach without incredible effort.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Team 2: Darkseid w/ 3 wounds, and Wasp unharmed.

And...yikes. He did well, but his armies didn't win. Hes definitely not 340. I will be proposing tomorrow at 250.

I think he'll probably end up going up from that, just because most folks will play him in Army tests with other GLs. Only one test with GLs on his team here doesn't give us much to go by in what should be his normal army build.

Probably higher than 250 but I think 340 is too high considering using his powers nerfs himself and he has to be in close proximity for his powers to be used. OM flex would help his army probably.
