Okay, for any one interested, here is our Magic Set Editor file with all the army cards translated in French.
Feel free to use and change it.
I used to have a custom version of Magic Set Editor (I changed a view config. files to enhance a few things)... I hope the version available here won't cause any compatibility issues with my file !
