I'll try to look closer at this later. But from what I read in the two public tests, his army didn't do so well and in one he had Cap on Team Ups to help get 2 attacks.

He only has 4 lives, low mobility, no special defense and short range. Being able to knock figures back can be huge, especially if you can knock them into Blob or off height. Getting him to a castle wall is a lot harder than Iron Man IV who can fly up there easy and knock figures off the wall.

A lot is DO dependent, so at the moment I'd lean 160-165.

160-170 definitely feels like the right range based on the tests. I'd trust your judgement Bats.

I think that in the past, we have tried to go with the lower point cost on a figure when there is a higher learning curve, to help ensure that players are gonna at least always have fun. That is why I favor 160.

Just to clarify:
Shocker has 2 wounds and uses his normal attack on even height, rolling a skull on every die.
1. Shocker receives 1 wound.
2. The defending figure may be Knocked Back (Knockbacked?) up to 4 spaces, taking any falling damage that may apply.
3. The defending figure rolls defense dice.
4. Shocker may attack again.

I know that I do not know.

It does seem a little odd that a figure like Harley Quinn would be knocked back by his power even though Acrobatic Maneuver is clearly dodging the attack with her 1 shield.

Super Skrull would be interesting with his Rockwall Bounce Back 3. If Shocker attacks him while adjacent, sends Super Skrull back, then SS rolls 3 shields, Shocker would get bounced back up to 3 spaces and get 1 wound. I guess it could be reasoned that SS is stretching back with the initial shockwave that sent him back and the stretched forward again to smack Shocker.

VIBROSHOCK KNOCKBACK
After an opponent rolls defense dice against Shocker's normal attack, if the defending figure is adjacent to Shocker, you may Knockback the defending figure by placing it on an empty space up to X spaces from its current position.

Pasteability:
