A salary cap may need to be instituted to encourage parity. In the last 7 numbered OHS tournaments (seasons 11-17), only 3 different people have won.

How do you mean by that? Previous winners wouldn't be allowed to play in some tournaments? Whatever you propose, I'd like to encourage everyone being able to participate regardless.

-We did not reach 40 players this past season18, so it will not be awarded as a prize. But we will offer it as a prize for playing this year.

Ticalla Jugle 2015 End of Year prize will be raffled off to a player at the end of Season 22. To Qualify.

• Play in 3 Events this year to conclusion(Finishing all 4 rounds)
• Events for 2015 are Season 17-22(6 events).

This means anyone who has not played yet this season, has a change to qualify.
