Well LP, that's a pretty significant change in that now he wouldn't be able to attack the same figure more than once with that special attack. That's a bit different than you tested initially, though still not 100% sure how you tested him initially

It's not just a wording change that is basically the same thing. So if you want to do this, you better tell all the testers to stop what they are doing until we figure this out one way or the other because it will affect testing and we're not going to be half-assed with this. We like the design to have the initial playtest with the powers that are to be used for public testing and we've kind of already mess that up sort of, we're not going to change it again and have half the public tests be the old way and half the new way. The change would certainly affect his one on one vs. other heroes and while he will still get a huge normal attack against them, he won't be getting 3 attacks of 5 against them and that's particularly important when going against figures that have special defenses that are vulnerable to special attacks.

I personally don't care if we make the change, but it's not going to happen when some people have tests done already with the current write-up. I don't want to get into the habit of calling for extra playtests all the time for basic designs, that should be reserved for more complex designs for the most part.

I don't think he was meaning to include the last line of the power, just simply:

Range 1, Attack 5.
Instead of moving and attacking normally with Omni-Man, you may move Omni-Man up to 4 spaces. Omni-Man can attack up to 3 times with Omni-Assault Special Attack at any point during or after this move as long as Omni-Man is on a space where he could end his movement. Omni-Man will take leaving engagement attacks when moving with this special attack.
