yea probably not worth 130 before the changes, but I think the boost will make the difference.

Yeah, that's what I was basing my suggested starting cost for testing from, after the changes. It may go up or down depending on tests and how people play him. If players try to keep the Amulet on him and march him into battle, he'll lose it and chances are good that the opponent will either gain control of the Amulet and either be able to gain free activation with him, or at least make it tougher for him to be activated by his player, or be able to block access to the glyph from the player controlling Zombie. So the first thing a player should do is hand off the Amulet to a teammate that has a good chance of avoiding damage for a while with special defense, but also be a unit that the player can at least put OM's on once in a while to get Zombie activated.

It doesn't hurt to hand off the Amulet before moving Zombie with OM1 of the first round and then walk Zombie forward his full move. This can help get him closer and closer with Walking Dead as well as activation by teammate with Amulet.
