I mean if you aren’t too concerned with theme you could get a pack of assorted sharks from Hobby Lobby with the 40% off coupon.

Yeah, I was thinking that maybe they had a tube of generic water figures that might include a couple of sharks at the Hobby store for like $10 or so. Having a few slightly different sharks would make it easy to track for wound markers, and I don't want to drop $20 on three sharks. Might want to paint one green and have Beast Boy mimic them during a battle.

Anyways, this guy is a single based figure, correct? Just wanted to double check as I wasn't sure how big the mini used was and sharks are kind of long. Still looking for a cheap option to pick up 3 or 4 proxy figures for them. So if anyone has come up with any idea's, let me know. I feel like I have seen a lego shark somewhere that could work out well, but I don't believe I ever picked up any of the lego pirate sets myself.

Those do look pretty sweet, but you see what I was saying about sharks being kind of long? I could see one of those on a double base if we had decided to go that way. I'll be playing it as a single base in my tests though since that is how it was tested and released.

We've done that in the past. Haweye II, Black Knight, Robot, and Ghost Rider are all single, even though they overlap. I think it looks totally fine on them.

Personally I always try to fit figures on a single base if possible, mechanically it's just cleaner and simpler.

I also don't condone Stinger Denial, so that helps

So all I can find for cheap alternative Shark Toys are about 3 inches long, which seems like it would be a little too big to me. I'd be more comfortable ordering some online if they were just 2 inches long. Here are a few options though if anyone wants to try them out.
