Knocked out the hero & squad tests today. He is looking more like a 200-210 point figure as is. I think I'd like to drop the life back down to 4 and run the team tests at 190 or increase his cost to 210 for the team tests.

Hero Tests
- Does it pass, Yes or No? yes
- What should be the unit's point value? As is he seems closer to the 200-210 range but he also had some very favorable dice rolling for the most part. I think I’d like to drop his life back down to 4.
- Give a brief overview. Punisher is a solid ranged multi-attacker with a couple of SAs. Hydro-Man should benefit from all the water on this board and also has a SA. Living Laser can keep up with the fast moving Bug and has a SA as well. Conan is a beat stick that can attack then move and attack again when Bug leaps away. Kraven will go on the hunt and try to tie Bug down with his Bolos.

Units: Bug vs. Punisher (180)
Bug was able to jump behind a LOS blocker after each attack, limiting Punisher to only 1 attack per round. Bug engaged Punisher to avoid the Jungle bonus so Punisher was engaged on his attack as well and avoided the auto shield.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bug w/4Ws wins on turn 3, round 2.
TEST 2
Units: Bug vs. Punisher (180)
.Punisher tried to position himself as to limit the Bugs ability to jump out of LOS this time, but then Bug would just jump out of engagement and next to a Jungle bush for the Jungle bonus on the 2nd attack. Punisher used his SAs to good effect though this time but just couldn’t best him.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bug w/3Ws wins on turn 2, round 3.
TEST 3
Units: Bug vs. Living Laser (190)
Living Laser used his SA to bypass the auto shield but with Bug jumping about could only hit him with it once. More allies on the board would have let him potentially hit Bug twice per round with it but one-on-one he only was able to use it once and it left him in a bad position a couple of times. Bug was able to get HG on Living Laser and the double attack took him out.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bug w/3W wins on turn 1, round 3.
TEST 4
Units: Bug vs. Living Laser (190)
This time Bug’s double attack overcame the Living lasers defense with a quickness marking the first easy win Bug has had.

TEST 5
Units: Bug vs. Hydro Man (190)
Hydro Man rushed out and jumped into the water instead of first placing a water tile on high ground. Bug punished him as a result hitting him with two attacks from HG for a quick win and Hydro Man rolling fairly poorly on defense.

TEST 6
Units: Bug vs. Hydro Man (190)
.Hydro Man moves to HG this time and abandons his SA in favor of his normal attack, still struggles to roll good dice for the most part and can’t stand up to the double attacks from Bug.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bug w/3Ws wins on turn 1, round 3.
TEST 7
Units:Bug vs. Conan (200)
Again Bug’s double attack proves fatal here, winning initiative on round 2 after losing it in round 1 also helps as Bug gets in 4 attacks of 4 vs. 4 defense while Conan just stands there.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bug w/3Ws wins on turn 1, round 2.
TEST 8
Units: Bug vs. Conan (200)
Conan manages to try out his SA once this time, attacking then moving to chase after Bug for a send attack before Bug jumps out of range of the 3rd attack. It only scored 1W though while Bug pretty consistently scored 1W per attack, two attacks per turn. Conan finally scored a big hit with his normal attack to win this one and prevent a sweep.

TEST 9
Units: Bug vs. Kraven (200)
Need to better define when Bug can jump after being attacked, I played it as though it occurs after rolling def. die and wounds are applied, meaning he could jump after taking a wound and having the bolos marker removed. Kraven used his nerve punch to successfully remove one numbered OM and the bolos worked twice reducing Bugs’ defense.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Kraven w/4Ws wins on turn 2, round 3.
TEST 10
Units: Bug vs. Kraven (200)
Bug finally has a game where he is not rolling great dice and drops to Kravens’ Nerve Punch. Kraven removes one numbered OM in the process and scored hits of 2W, 2W, & then 1W.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Kraven w/1W wins on turn 1, round 2.

- Does it pass, Yes or No? yes
- What should be the unit's point value? As is the 200-210 range seems more realistic.
- Give a brief overview. Inmates will need to get lucky on defense or have Bug whiff in order to score some easy wounds.

Bug failed to get a kill 4 times when attacking, resulting in 3W to Bug as one time he was safely across the water while an Inmate scored 1W from a normal attack.

Spoiler Alert!

The Amazon Warriors were no match for Bug here, maybe in bigger numbers they could have caused him some problems but with only Warriors to work with they were overmatched. Bug moved up and attacked, then moved again to position himself behind a LOS blocker and limit the early effectiveness of the Spear Volley to just 3 dice. When they engaged him , they could only get 1 attack off before he jumped away. The last remaining Warrior scored a lucky hit of 2W at the very end to make it look close though.

- Give a brief overview. We can see how the Bug/Bucky combo at 250 stacks up with Spider-Man at 250 while also comparing that duo to the Punisher/Robin package. Wrecking crew prefers to engage for the most part but Thunderball has a ranged special attack to get past the auto shield if needed.

Bug & Bucky move down the road to the right. Wrecker moves onto the central HG, Thunderball moves up & uses his SA on Bucky & Bug but misses completely. Bug takes HG & att. Recap: Bug took a big hit early from a charging Bulldozer, and jumped away to land on a Pit Trap where he got stick long enough for Thunderball to finish him off. Without the Pit Trap holding him in place he would have been able to jump away to HG at least as he did block one attack while locked down. The Bug & Bucky combo did a fair amount of damage though before they fell.

- What should be the unit's point value? 190 seems okay again.
- Give a brief overview. Since you want to engage Bug to avoid the auto shield and Bug can then stealth jump away and force you to reengage all over again, he will try to stay close to Rocket. Magneto will also pull figures into engagement so Rocket can shoot at them while Arch Angle has another d20 power to get past that pesky Sue Storm boosted defense. Zemo provides a little OM flexibility to counter the multiple activations from Reed.

Recap: Magneto rolled terribly on defense and died way too soon and then Reed rubber wrapped Arch-Angle to keep him from avenging anyone. This threw Bugs’ whole team into disarray but Bug tried to salvage things by finishing off Sue, then Wasp, then Iceman and getting close to taking out Reed before She-Hulk ended things. I was planning on checking out the glyphs this game but once Reed locked down Arch-Angle it became too dangerous to risk landing on a Pit Trap as he was going to be my get out of jail free card.
