We can do it that way, I just think she would probably be too powerful. Even with her low health nearly all attacking figures are going to roll 3 less dice to attack with & a melee squad would be all but useless against her.

So really she has to be taken out by range or a medium/heavy hitter.

I have updated the SP. Wording might still need massaging on Mental Walls but I think she is ready if you have the time. I don't have a clue about cost for her though.

& remember I have removed the "numbered OM" restriction but can put you can put it back if it is too powerful.

That's a tough one. She's very different than anything we've seen yet. I'd perhaps try 150 for a starting point.

She'd be owned by Green Arrow pretty badly, but against melee might be decent with her auto-wound.

Since you didn't specify 6 clear sight spaces, this will affect concealed figures. It makes perfect sense for these mental abilities to do this. I mention it to verify the theme.

You definitely don't want squad figures near her!

Mental Walls 3
Probably needs to say "attacking figure rolls" instead of "attacking figures roll".

I'm not seeing any Telepaths with Mental Shield, though I'm sure you folks have some in the Sanctum. This is a powerful aura, which might be more powerful than Invisible Woman's Force Field.

Since special attacks are never modified, I'm thinking this only affects normal attacks.

Final Thoughts
As with Superman, you'll need some special attacks to take her down (unless I'm mistaken about the intent to affect special attacks with Mental Walls). Her abilities are pretty potent. Very interesting design, to say the least!

Yes the intent of Mental Walls is Normal Attacks so we will make that more obvious. The power isn't supposed to work against a Telepath or a figure with the Mental Shield power. I knew the wording need work but I think you just pointed out how badly it needs it .

This just seems way too powerful/broken against so many units. Am I the only one seeing that all you have to do is hold people down in engagements with like Blob or Doc Ock or anyone really (swarm engagements) and force them to attack with such little attacks that it isn't even fun...? This is broken and is at least not "fun" for the opponent at all if the opponent doesn't have any answers (which will happen a lot now that we have expanded so many factions and squads).
