Street Fighters?...1000

Mainly I was trying to get a team together for my son. He loves the Ultimate Spiderman Cartoon with Spiderman, Luke Cage, Iron fist, and versions of White Tiger and Nova...This is as close as I could get as of now.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Not too sure about this one. Why would you take just 1 Beast Boy card and Fire Ants on their own are a pretty bad filler. Use the Skrull Infiltrator if you are going to just toss in a 10 point figure.

I was playing around with some Teen Titians army builds the other night. They really scale up into many different point totals quite well. You can break them up into several blocks of units that total up to be an even X00 and then just build up to the point total you need.

A. Robin (Dick Grayson) 100
B. Beast Boy 60 + Pterodactyl (40) = 100
C. Cyborg 200
D. Aqua Boy 60 + Wonder Girl 140 = 200
E. Kid Flash 110 + Lagoon Boy 90 = 200
F. Kid Flash 110 + Speedy (Roy) 90 = 200
G. Beast Boy 60 + Pterodactyl (40) + T-Rex (60) + Cheetah (20) + Bear (20) = 200
H. Speedy (Mia) 80 + Beast Boy 60 + T-Rex 60 = 200
I. Speedy (Mia) 80 + Beast Boy 60 + Pterodactyl (40) + Cheetah or Bear 20 = 200
J. Starfire 210 + Lagoon Boy 90 = 300
K. Starfire 210 + Speedy (Roy) 90 = 300
L. Kid Flash 110 + Raven 190 = 300
M. Starfire 210 + Raven 190 = 400
N. Superboy (Kon-El) 240 + Beast Boy 60 + T-Rex 60 + Pterodactyl 40 = 400

Making 600 point Teen Titan armies is pretty easy then. A few highlights would be C + M, C + N, K + L, A + C + K, A + C + L, and so on.

You can also add in Spoiler (50) or Jubilee (60) for some more sidekick army block options.

O. Wonder Girl 140 + Kid Flash 110 + Spoiler 50 = 300
P. Beast Boy 60 + Pterodactyl 40 + T-Rex 60 + Lagoon Boy 90 + Spoiler 50 = 300

and so on...
