Took a rainbow image off google, stretched it, changed the opacity and all that jazz.

Also, should the sizes Tiny and Small be capitalized? If not, then:

SMALL CARRY

Not super-familiar, but the bio sure seems to imply she can go that fast. However, it also seems to imply that it’s not something she does a ton. A lot of C3G designs are based on that principle; they tend to be designed around what a character tends to do, instead of everything they theoretically can do. I think a good example is Spidey, who has been shown to be an incredibly strong individual when push comes to shove. But he’s only at 4 attack, because he’s not usually going full force in the average fight. (Also because more than 4 with the Web Slinger ability would be SCARY.)

Also sometimes, even if the power isn’t inaccurate to the character, it’s not a good fit for the design. For the Power Pack, I think the goal was to create fairly simple and streamlined units, so a 3rd power to represent flying really fast was probably deemed not a good choice here.
