Had an epic game with Cpt. Stupendous tonight.
I pulled out a very narrow win. I led hounds, as Cpt. developed Brontos carrying Rendar Fy up the wannok side of the map. Brontos then took the perch on level four right next to wannok as my hounds leapt towards valda. Hounds got first blood on turn 3 as I used 10 move to grab wannok and engage Brontos while engaging as many resistance fighters as I could. I got the first plague attempt on Brontos. Rendar had one good turn in round 2 using battle rifle to gun down 2 hounds. On turn three of round 3 I moved Heracles up to toss Rendar off of his perch. I landed the throw and thanks to the 2 wounds that a previous hound attack had landed, Rendar died to throwing damage. Brontos took Heracles for a nice walk around the lower left hand corner of the map using abduct. They did not seem to be interested in fighting as essentially a whole round went by without either dealing any damage. Heracles tossed Soontir to his death before a 7/9 life Brontos took out Heracles. On turn three 2 of my remaining 3 hounds surrounded and managed to take the cyclops down. GG Cpt! Here are the stats if any are interested: KnightOfLight Attack rolls: 36 out of 87 (41.38%) Defense rolls: 20 out of 63 (31.75%) Total dice rolled: 150 Luke (Cpt. S) Attack rolls: 27 out of 58 (46.55%) Defense rolls: 25 out of 71 (35.21%) Total dice rolled: 129 |

Robots > Spiders
0/3 on LEAs and 1 on Wannok. I don't know what I'm doing wrong to keep from getting the final wound on Large 4 life soulborgs.

For real though, a clutch block by a spider holding Wannok at the end of the third turn should have ended the game but is followed by the 1 on Wannok and a cleanup by a one life Omegacron. Dysole also could have mentioned 0 for 6 on Kozil rages and missing her one chance for venom ray with Estivara. Attack and defense rolls were relatively equal but basically every other ability or effect went in my favor tonight.
