Star-Lord's flight ability is firmly in the "depends" category. He doesn't often during the 2008 run, and it's usually just for mobility in zero gravity.

Cards look awesome! Even recolored the comic art... amazing! I PROPOSE WE MOVE TO ON DECK!

Because it's no longer a Tactician power (like Bane, Ronan, etc), since there's no longer adjacency requirements.
