Two issues:

First, the second power has "a Fear Markers" in one place - I've taken the liberty of editing the second post to get rid of the typo there.

Second, the last bullet seems to be overlapping the card border some. Can we indent it without making a bigger issue?

You have the same issue with the mini background here as we had in the Eternal Warrior thread. It's less noticeable here and I almost didn't realize it. The perspective looked off to me and I was trying to figure out why, that's the only way I realized it.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Tbf, I think Scarecrow has a very real reason to be on a less real background. I don’t much care either way, but I’m guessing you could say more to justify it here than on EW.

That being said, a shot of an Arkham style gothic asylum would be cool.

Good stuff! Great mini too. Kinda wish we had a needle finger Scarecrow, since I loved the original art you had here and it obviously fit the design, but that's that!

Is Fear Hallucinations supposed to work with only "a" fear marker? Or should it work with at least one fear marker?
