Yea, I think unrestricted glyphs will be too strong, but I'm willing to see testing prove me wrong.

Apocalypse gets to pick any two glyphs and has other amazing powers. That design has shown that it's possible to balance. Why the resistance here?

Apocalypse is an Event Hero, both in power level and thematically. I just don't think it's realistic for one of the TMNT to start the game with some of the upper-tier glyphs.

I think it's thematic also. But I think for the balance of the game, starting him with some of the glyphs could be rather concerning & bump his cost un-thematically.

Not a problem. A lot of this stuff isn't on the web so I'll need to go through my comics again to give you guys examples. I don't think the cost will be too much and if it is, I don't mind tweaking things.

Went through my IDW comics and Mirage comics and I was surprised by how little equipment glyph-type things are used. I think I will be redoing Tech Wizard.

I may go for starting with the Gravity Glove glyph (because it would fun and new glyph!) or something else entirely.

Yeah, a small starting pool to choose one from (ala Scientist Supreme) seems like the best direction for me. (If I'm getting too nosy, let me know, but I find myself with a bit more time than I had the last few weeks and I keep getting emails letting me know I've been quoted on here!).
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
