For this event, players will submit three half-armies.
Each half-army must be between 600 and 715 points, with a maximum of 12 figures.
Each half-army submitted cannot have share any of the same figures as the other half-armies submitted.
For each game, the three half-armies of each player will be pooled together, and the players will draft from those six half-armies.
Before each game, there will be a dice-off, done by the organizers. The winner of the dice-off will choose who picks first in the draft. The loser of the dice-off will decide who places armies first.
The draft is 1-2-1 style. The first person drafts one half-army, the second person chooses two half-armies, and then the first person chooses the last half-army
If you draft 2 half-armies that both include the same unique/event army card, you may only place one on the battlefield. This includes identical Secret Identities.
You may place a maximum of 18 figures from the combined half-armies.

Spoiler Alert!
Round 1 is on Embattled Fen. Here are the matchups and armies.
Roll a 20-sided die when you move on to a Glyph that is not revealed to determine which Glyph it is. Re-roll the result if that glyph is already in play.
You will have one week to finish each assigned game. There will be four rounds, followed by a single elimination playoff for the top finishers.

Scheduling
Once a round is announced, you will have one week to complete your game. Please attempt to schedule a time to play your game with your opponent.
If after 72 hours (3 days) you have not been able to reach your opponent via PM, please fill out the missing opponent report to notify the organizers of the situation.
If you cannot come to an agreement with your opponent on a time to schedule the game during that week, then please fill out the scheduling conflict report.
If a game is not completed on time and the tournament organizers are not notified of an issue, both players will be given a loss.
The tournament organizers reserve the right to manually set the pairings involving players with a history of either failing to schedule their games, or not showing up for scheduled game times. Such players will also not be given the benefit of the doubt should scheduling conflicts arise.
Reporting Game Results (and dropping out)
The winner of the game must use the game result form to report results. (This will be linked once the tournament begins.)
If you do not want to continue in the tournament into the next round, please PM an organizer to let them know.
Etiquette for watching games
Two players to a game. Only the opposing player may remind a player of optional powers or abilities.
Only the tournament referees (Zettian Juggernaut, MegaSilver, weebaer, and Dysole) are authorized to make binding rulings. If no referee is present in a game, ask before offering your opinion.
While some banter in the chat window is acceptable, this is subject to the approval of the players in the game. If either of the players are unhappy with the comments, please stay quiet. Tread lightly when it comes to heckling players you don't know, or newer players.
For off-topic side discussions with other viewers, use the chat function in the google document, rather than clogging up the official chat window.
Disputes
The tournament referees are Zettian Juggernaut, MegaSilver, weebaer, and Dysole. These players may make rulings on in-game disputes (line of sight, figures fitting on a space, dice rolled too soon/too late, etc) in games where they are not playing. If there is a dispute and one of these players is online, they may issue an on-the-spot ruling. If you have a dispute you cannot resolve, and none of the referees are present, you may stop the game and PM the tournament referees for a ruling.
NOTE: if a ruling is made late in the week and there is not enough time to schedule completion of the game, the tournament referees may issue a forfeit loss to the player who was ruled against.
Make three different pods that all work off a similar theme (Mutants, Adventurers, what have you). Make three pods that rock paper scissors each other. Make three pods full of figures you like to play.

Or just do what I did and draw names from a hat...
Re: Super League Heroscape Season 9 -- Sign-Ups End 6-1-14
Signed up! Numbers are a bit up from the last couple seasons, which is nice.
I don't think anyone has tried to push this envelope, but just to be clear: the C3G ruling is that the original Hasbro supers are considered to have the same Secret Identities as their C3G equivalents. So, for example, you can't have Commander Rogers in the same army as Hasbro Captain America.

But you could have Hasbro Spidey team-up with Miles or multiple Hasbro Ironmen under Mark V right?
