I don't see the issue so much, it's Invisible Woman in reverse but with less range.

Another way we could change it is:

MENTAL WALLS
When an opponents figure within 5 clear sight spaces of Saturn Girl attacks with a normal attack, the attacking figure rolls 3 less attack dice, to a minimum of 1. Figures that are Telepaths, or have the Mental Shield power are not affected by this special power.

So this will now put her in the firing line, & she will no longer be a cheerleader.

That does seem better. Special attacks still aren't affected and normal past 5 spaces aren't affected.

Any army without range 6+ or a special attack will get dominated by her, especially if they don't have many 6+ dice attackers, but that combination of army doesn't sound like it'd be very competitive either.
Still, I suspect she'll be a lot closer to Invisible Woman's point range than 150. I'm going to start her at 200 and go from there in heavy hitters if/once we agree the change above works and the SP is updated.

I think the powers could be worded a little more clearly. Changes below:

PSYCHIC BLAST
Instead of attacking, you may either choose either one opponent's figure within 6 spaces of Saturn Girl or all opponent's figures adjacent to Saturn Girl. Chosen figures receive 1 wound each. If the chosen figure was a Telepath, you may remove 1 Order Marker at random from the chosen figure's Army Card. After using Psychic Blast, you must either remove 1 unrevealed Order Marker from this card or place 1 Wound Marker on this card. Figures with the Mental Shield special power are not affected by Psychic Blast.

MENTAL WALLS 3
When Saturn Girl or a friendly figure within 3 clear sight spaces of Saturn Girl is attacked by a figure without that does not have the Mental Shield power and that is not a Telepath, the attacking figures roll 3 less attack dice, to a minimum of 1.

I don't like it. I am sorry. I think this is going to end up creating combos of synergy that is ridiculously too powerful and not fun to play at all. I would personally really like to see this power reeled waaaaaaaay back so that people like me and Charos In Charge can still be allowed to play Heroscape in competitive settings. Otherwise, I can guarantee you that me and him, and guys like us will constantly perfect the army building strategies and game playing tactics to exploit this in a way that is NOT fun and is NOT balanced, and our friends will not want to play with us. I have already started to get crap about playing Riddler and Joker together.

I still think "non-adjacent" attacks could be a good option here ... this would help protect her from sniping, but melee would still be the great equalizer.

That would probably work better, as I can't think of broken combos for that.

It would make her less effective than Invisible Woman defensively, so it should more than do the trick.
Right now she's more effective than Invisible Woman defensively and offensively both. After theoryscaping this a bit more, I think I'd have to start testing her at 250 with her as is.
