Intergang Agents are OK. Basically you hope for a big five figure turn at the end of each round after you lead with a Crime Lord and the Hired Guns. A five figure turn that's five attacks of three from range isn't usually worth all the set up, though and it's tough to get their attacks lower in order to try to get the auto wounds. Easier attack boosts for the Criminal Faction would help them a lot.
3/C+ Kryptonian Soldier and Spy Both benefitted quite a bit from Zod getting boosted and the Spies also got a lot of help from Ursa (II). They're pretty locked into that faction (though they have some outside use). 2/B for each C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Octus can lower their attack (Intergang).
Is their a Crime Lord that can reveal an X OM? That would give them a possible six attacks. If not it is some design space worth exploring. |

Intergang really need a Crimelord that both bonds with them and has an X reveal power. Nothing really works with them right now in a way that isn't insanely clunky.
Infiltrators are pretty good, hard to go wrong with double attack. Inflitrate plus Ursa II is pretty dang nasty assassination tool against squishy things. Soldiers feel like their playability is entirely dependent on never getting any other Kryptonian Soldiers. Like Zod is usable now and he kinda 'needs' them, but you don't really want to be playing them. Always a bit perplexed how they ended up 40 points more than the Infiltrators. Bonus negative points for doing the "my name is just my race and class!" thing. He's decent. Loves passive movement, which works especially well in-faction with Cyclops (II) or out of faction with someone like Martian Manhunter. 17+ isn't easy to hit, so you want to spam them.
