Yeah, he really didn't do much anything impressive in any of the army tests, so I figured a slight discount was in order.

Would it be too much to ask to add a 1 at the end of Water Strength so we can use this on more powerful characters down the road who may not be Atlanteans but need the immunity from underwater damage? Currently Aqualad is the one with this special power and he only needs a boost of one. But I could see someone like Black Manta getting +2 and still using this simple power.
