Tests all wrapped up! I think we could justify him at 100 or 90, but I'd rather see 90 go into public testing, because I think the Rogues could use a discount on someone to help them out!
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

It happens. We're really cranking them out at this point, though, so no complaints if something somewhere waits a couple extra days here or there. Really happy with how well we're doing right now!

Its model number and name are #079-081 / Weather Wizard.
