minor nits:

2 or "fewer" Wound Markers
Cut Down to Size should be before Organic Regeneration (round order).

Can carried figures be placed on glyphs (no mention of "empty spaces") and do they take LEAs?
I know that I do not know.

Great calls! I made a mental note to mention "fewer" but forgot. I'd definitely prefer we make it "empty" spaces and, yeah, we should specify on LEAs. What'd we do there for John Stewart?

First off, you've got a FANTASTIC start here! May I make a suggestion that I think will both simplify him and also make him stand out from John Stewart?

That loses the theme of him physically being cut down as time goes on, though - like, at 1 Life he can literally fit into a flower pot, so he wouldn't be able to carry anyone, nevermind two members of the Power Pack.

Maybe combine the two versions:

We use "If you roll 6 or less..." this seems more relevant here than the "roll 6 fewer dice" reference.
