Re: The Book of Superboy (Kon-El)
Not all Titans will be Sidekicks. Basically, this guy never behaved as a Sidekick, and that is why he is a Titan.
The Titan faction will have many more units that are just not Sidekicks, and never were Sidekicks. Like Cyborg, Starfire, Raven, Superboy, and others. This will, IMO, allow for some cool synergy of varying degrees where some powers will work well with both Titans and Sidekicks, while some powers will only work well with Sidekicks. And usually, the Titans are a bit more mature and experienced, so they can have a bit more synergy to offer, rather than receive. |

Re: The Book of Superboy (Kon-El)
Cool, I figured there was a reason, I'm just not familiar enough with them to know that. Sounds like it's gonna be a really fun faction.

Re: The Book of Superboy (Kon-El)
It's all pretty well mapped out in the Titans faction thread if you're curious. It's been well planned for quite a while now.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Superboy (Kon-El)
EPB
Bio: “dismantle inanimate objects with a though and touch” though should be thought Copy und Paste: Character Bio - Shortly after Superman gave his life to defeat the infamous rampaging monster known as Doomsday, 4 impostors showed up in the city of Metropolis claiming to be Superman back from the dead. One of these 4 impostors was the Hero known today as Superboy, but at the time he resented the title and requested that people call him "the real Superman". Unlike Superman and Supergirl, Superboy was not born on the planet Krypton, he was genetically engineered after Superman's DNA and then cloned by Cadmus labs to create a new Superman after the Doomsday event. It is not common knowledge, in fact not even the real Superman is aware, but Superboy also regrettably shares DNA with Superman's most vile enemy: Lex Luthor. Superboy has the power of flight, super strength, invulnerability, and a weakness to Kryptonite just like all Kryptonians, but due to his DNA being altered, he does not have their other powers, but he does have the ability to dismantle inanimate objects with a thought and touch - a power that he calls Tactile Telekinesis. Armed with these super powers and an attitude, Superboy spends his time and efforts working with the Teen Titans as one of their charter members. Playtest by reverie should probably have “Fourth playtest:” in front of it. I really like Titan Protector, and Tactile Telekinesis will make Superboy a nice counter against those that can’t roll defense. With all the terrain D.O.s that C3G has created, he'll clear most maps. Re: The Book of Superboy (Kon-El)
Thanks. I think it should be Fourth instead of Forth (re: playtests), or is this another one of my Yankee Doodle Doody spellings?

Re: The Book of Superboy (Kon-El)
I'm not trying to be contraversial here, but Kon-El is a clone. That's not a matter for debate, and Clone is an established species.
A metahuman is a normal human being who received super-powers later in life by some form of enhancement or accident. Kon-El simply isn't that in any way, shape or form (and Kryptonian DNA doesn't have any conflict with a Clone species). No-one in the sanctum voiced agreement with Griff, and at least 2 heroes (including Bats) disagreed with him. So how come he's still Metahuman and not Clone? I'm just trying to understand how things work here. HellboyScape continues here... C3G Design points:
