Can we pull off 200 and 4+ or would folks be worried about the power level?

Edit: Actually, if we're not going to drop the D20 roll altogether, let's not fiddle with it and go with what we know: 6+ and 190.

Eh, that's not really a valuable test. One-on-one doesn't take into account synergies or how well a unit does when boosted by support units (Psycho-Man loves 'em!). Further, one-on-one takes Hate out of the equation for Psycho-Man, making him less valuable. Further, further, Batman (I) is no longer the top dog at 200 and hasn't been for a while.

I'd support 6+ at 190 or 4+ at 200/210.

Like Bats said, I'd stick with what we have - 190 and 6+. He's got a ranged attack if nothing else and the Annihilation Wave Drones coming that should help him out as well.
