PROBABILITY PRECOGNITION
When you roll the 20-sided die for a special power on a Mutant Outcast card you control, if there is at least one unrevealed Order Marker on this card, you may add 3 to the roll, and 1 to the roll for a special power on any other Mutant card you control.

I think this helps it a bit more, but either way this direction sounds A CRAP TON better than what it was.
