What's the theme behind no leaving engagement attacks? She's hard to grab onto?

I could see Insubstantial working as a title for that, if that's the theme.

without the disengage & should include Special Attacks.

What about INCORPOREAL for the name?

The difficult part is that things can pass through her, but she can't pass through things. For example, just as a glass can be tossed and pass through the flames of a campfire without doing damage to either, the same flame cannot try to pass through the glass. It would be extinguished. Her body becomes completely made of Protoplasm, and it is compared to Human Torch. My thought here is that Wind and Rain WOULD effect her, as would snow or ice. Perhaps making her impervious to ranged attacks is not the way to go. I mean if Human Torch doesn't need such a power, why does she? He's way more famous too.

No, because johnny isn't completely made up of the protoplasm, it just covers his body. He still has corporeal form underneath. Fire's body turns into protoplasm completely.

I think Insubstantial X (with X being a particularly high number) would capture the theme without muddling with a classic power.

Tough call. I like either direction, really. But I'm going to go toward B because I like the disengagement on her. Seems like someone made entirely of plasma would be tough to grab onto.

Not keen on adding 4 dice and then also considering height, other boosts and opponent's attacks that might reduce her defense back down some, like Deathstroke's Quick Shot special attack.

I like the reuse of a classic ability and the mechanical simplicity (though I'm not a huge fan of the Ice Resistance bit in either case... wouldn't she melt it?).
