ULTRA-SPEED
When Ultra Boy attacks, with a normal attack, a figure that is 5 or more spaces from the space Ultra Boy occupied at the start of this turn, he may attack one additional time with his normal attack.

FLASH VISION SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 5. Attack 3.
After rolling attack dice against a non-adjacent figure, for each skull rolled, roll one additional attack die. Ultra Boy may not use the Super Strength special power when attacking with this special attack.

When attacking a figure that was 4 or fewer spaces from the space Ultra Boy occupied at the start of this turn, you may add 4 to his Attack number.

ULTRA-DURABILITY
When rolling defense dice against a non-adjacent figure or a figure that Ultra Boy has not attacked this round, add 4 to his Defense number.

Intentional that Ultra-Durability isn't a "may" power while the other two are?

I'd also consider listing Flash Vision first so all the Ultra-Attributes are lined up.

I agree this reads much better. Cards posted with this wording and Flash Vision SA first so all the Ultras line up.

Comic art here was tricky to find so if there's something better I'm open to options.

Comic art is better than some we've had to settle for! You can tell it's clearly the same guy as the mini, which is cool. And the colors match well.

It's New 52 art and the mini is clearly older and they changed his hair to blonde, that was my issue with it...

Well I will largely agree that anything New 52 sucks.

Jo has never been blond, so that’s probably just a coloring issue. N52 Legion is essentially the same continuity as ‘classic’ Legion (some technobabble about them being less affected by Flashpoint cause they’re in the future.) so it’s also the same character as the mini - the comic art is just a slightly older version of the character.

EDIT: Actually, looking at the detailing on the costume, pretty sure that art is Threeboot Jo, not N52 Jo. (N52 rocks the sleeveless look.)
