Also, his move was dropped to 4 in the OP. I think this could lower his cost a bit more than the 225 with the reduction in life to 4 as well.

Mutate is the winner by means of logic - he is more than just human with his psychic bond to his "arms".

The move drop was an accident. Sorry.

He hadn't. When I said "additional testing", I meant in addition to the Initial Playtest.
