Fair enough. I don't expect everyone to get something out of everyone's tests. I don't feel comfortable enough with it myself to give this a Yea but I feel confident enough that there's enough tests for you all to give it a Yea. So I'll just abstain.

Maybe that's the case but since it hasn't been released it's not finalised & therefore not available for his use.

Unless you're given permission by a hero, or it's a birthday card, the public isn't supposed to use unreleased designs in testing, since unreleased figures may not always be completely finalized, on top of supposed to being secret.

I bought the miniature version of the card using my C3G points from Hellfire around Feburary 19th, I believe according to my PM's. It should be finalized, and according to the rules of the shop, the testers are allowed to use the cards they bought in playtests, they just can't share them. (I also bought Nova Prime recently [can't remember when], which you didn't seem to catch).
