As for the update, I think I got the Clown Prince at a place where he is a draft consideration. The risk reward may finally be balanced. Please note that I now call him "Joker" as opposed to "The Joker". all base state remain the same. Cost is now 175.

REVITALIZED BY MAYHEM
After you take a turn with Joker, if he attacked at least once, you must roll the 20-sided die. Add 2 to your roll for each time Joker attacked this turn. If you roll a 20 or higher, remove up to 2 wound markers from this card and choose an opponent. That opponent will take temporary control of Joker and immediately take a turn with him, but will not be able to view any unrevealed Order Markers on this card. At the end of that turn, control of Joker returns to you. All Order Markers and figures that were on Joker’s Army Card will stay on his Army Card.

I like the unique price point. I think I'd have trouble fitting him into most army builds, though!
