Yes and No. Yes that works, and I like it, but I am thinking that the way we have been handling Magical Resistance is with the power MAGICAL DEFENSE. Now we can't give him that power, because it would make him cost like over 500 points, and he isn't a magic wielder, but, we could invert the already used power and make it like so:
ZEUS' MAGICAL RESISTANCE
When Captain Marvel is attacked by an opponent's figure that has the Magical Defense special power, the most wounds Captain Marvel can take for this attack is one.

That would make him resistant against Magic Wielders, and they would still be resistant against him.

Achilles: Courage & mental fortitude against most mental attacks.

I don't see how a +1 Shield against special attacks translates that theme at all. Mental Shield is out because he is in fact mind controlled, but I think the subtracting from the D20 roll is perfect for this power.
COURAGE OF ACHILLES
If an opponent chooses Captain Marvel for any special power and rolls the 20-sided die, you may subtract 2 from the roll.

Mercury: Superhuman speeds and fly.

Well since the bonus for the SA was a compromise I am fine to loose it & go with your offered Zeus power but I believe it should be named "POWER OF ZEUS" to stay with the theme.

I like where you guys have gone with this a lot and I like the idea of spelling out four text powers on this guy's card. If there were room on the card (and there's not) I'd love to spell out six powers, so four works for me!

- Hulk wins with 6 wounds.
- Hulk wins with 4 wounds.

TEST 2
Map: Custom.
Units: Captain Marvel VS Doom (C3G).
- CM wins with 7 wounds. Close.
- CM wins with 4 wounds.

TEST 3
Map: Custom.
Units: Captain Marvel VS Darkseid.
- CM wins with 7 wounds. Narrowly avoided a roll of 20 on the Omega SA.
- Darkseid wins with 5 wounds.

TEST 4
Map: Custom.
Units: Captain Marvel VS Superman.
- Superman wins with 2 wounds. Just crushed CM, as CM could only hit him once and then a point for knockback.
- Superman wins with 5 wounds. Superman's defense just gives him the edge in every fight.

TEST 5
Map: Custom.
Units: Captain Marvel VS Thor.
- Thor wins with 7 wounds. Close, but CM is just ONE defense die away from being on a similar level with Thor and Superman.
- Thor wins with 4 wounds. Beat down. CM really feels more 380 is his cap and maybe 350 is his minimum, which I am fine with. He is mostly just stats, with some powers that will kick in from time to time.

TEST 6
I did this just for fun and to get a feel for the new Hulk as well.
Map: Custom.
Units: Captain Marvel VS Hulk (C3G).
- CM wins with 2 wounds. Knockback kept that Hulk calm.
- Hulk wins with 6 wounds. With his back to the wall, Hulk took KB damage, but he stayed engaged.

CM wins with 5 wounds. The Agents tried, and they came close, but they never pulled off that SA.

- Squad / Does it pass, Yes or No? What should be the unit's point value? Give a brief summary. Pass. He handled 340 points worth of Ninja fairly well, and so I think he should be priced pretty accurately at 360.

Captain Marvel wins with 4 wounds.
He took a total of 6 for the game, but he healed twice. The Ninja never got height on him, and he was killing one each turn.

- Army Test/ Does it pass, Yes or No? What should be the unit's point value? Give a brief summary. Pass at 360. His ability to heal isn't all that reliable, but against a slow opponent, you can hide, hope, and wait to heal - a bit dull, but can obviously be effective.
Map: Custom.
Units: Captain Marvel, Black Canary, and Alfred VS Hydra Agents x3, Bodyguard x2, Red Skull, and Madame Hydra.

Captain Marvel wins with 5 wounds.
BC went out and was met by the Agents and MH. BC screamed a few Agents, and then just before Alfred could pull her out of the hot zone and heal her up, she was killed by MH on height from range. Alfred instead b-lined it to some Agents and killed two with his Shotgun. Red Skull moved over and killed Alfred. CM stepped up and killed an Agent. Red Skull ordered the Bodyguards to cover him on his only two open sides, then he shot CM for a wound. CM flew away to height advantage and began killing Agents as they approached to gain even ground. They snuck in a couple here and there, but then MH hit him with her Venomous SA for two unblockable hits. CM eventually killed all the agents and then MH (who stayed protected by a Bodyguard and agents all game) then with his 6 wounds, CM flew away into hiding and hoped to win initiative to heal. He did heal, and RS spent all round sending Bodyguards on either side to flush him out, but that didn't work as he just flew away again and healed again. RS went after him next round and scored a hit, then CM crushed him with two attacks. Next round, the bodyguards won initiative, but that didn't stop CM from killing them too.

- Army Test/ Does it pass, Yes or No? What should be the unit's point value? Give a brief summary. Felt balanced, though I think his cost could go up after some more testing. That big attack with healing is pretty complimenting, even though the healing is conditional, it is really nice and powerful when it kicks in.

Units: Captain Marvel, Hawkman, and Hawkwoman VS Grodd, Catwoman, Doctor Light, and Professor Zoom.

Captain Marvel wins with 4 wounds.
Hawkgirl advances and so does Doctor Light and he hits her for a wound. Then Hawkman advances then Catwoman does, and deals him some damage. Hawkgirl zips over and cracks Grodd, then Grodd takes her over and cracks Hawkman. Hawkman then kills Grodd, but Doctor Light and Professor Zoom kill Hawkman. Hawkgirl goes after Catwoman and eventually kills her after a few strays, but Doctor Light was able to wound Hawkgirl significantly as well. Then Zoom steps up and kills Hawkgirl. Captain Marvel steps in and with one punch kills Doctor Light. Zoom used his Special Attack and wounded Captain Marvel then CM hit Zoom back. CM healed after an initiative roll, then was really frustrated with trying to hit Zoom. CM finally won, but with 4 wounds after getting up to 5 twice.

Whoa, sweet design. I like all the powers. Simple but all usable. When playing/carding this figure, does he use both figures?
