Yes you can only used released units if you are going to post anything.

The build requirements for each map are in the Rulebook.
I know that I do not know.

Just played this again against my dad. (already had the map built) I ran the Fan4 against his Puppet Master and he played the army weakly. But he only successfully rolled for the Mind Control 3 times the entire game. He rolled so many 13's it was cruel.

Ouch. Yeah, when I playtested this, Puppet Master rolled so well that we had to add in that special rule letting one hero avoid his control.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Just built this and it looks awesome!

Small correction: the shorter doorway shows 5 ladder heights on the instructions when it should be 6.
