Took the liberty of moving Owl-Grapple to the bottom as that is usually where we put Bat-Grapple and other similar powers, let me know if you have strong reasoning to want it first. I think it better matches our aesthetic this way.

Cool, as long as you move Grapple to the bottom in the SP we should be good. All the powers looked standard so I assumed the wording was ok.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

We'd be changing it on everybody at that point. I think we were leaning towards making Flying the new Swing Line thing but leaving the grapple guys with their current wording (since they're not swinging up skyscrapers, elevation limits make sense for them).

We were keeping the height limits on Swing Line too. Just with the Flying special power wording to save text.
