Ranged base attack of 7? Have we done that on a UH before? Might be a little too beefy (even for Terrax) since he has a couple ways to boost himself. Something to keep an eye on.

Also thought it might be worth questioning Herald as a class.... I know Hasbro Surfer has it, but C3G Surfer doesn't, and it doesn't feel like a class we'd ever really do anything with. Galactus doesn't use it, and we have The Power Cosmic as an alternate keyword if for some reason we ever want to key into Galatcus' heralds. I think "Herald" is okay, just... y'know, worth considering other options.

Some of the Lanterns, at least if you consider full ring power 'unboosted' (it is inherent). Still a bit on the high side, but it is short range.

I think he would feel much better at 6, especially considering he has 2 attack boosting powers.

I think that's worth considering. Not sure, thematically, he should be significantly outshining Silver Surfer on attack prowess.
