Okay, second post updated. Hulkbusters is now Creatures with Super Strength - this is to keep it special and unique, and to better reflect who they're trained to fight. The Hulk, primarily - Abomination, Wendigo, Solomon Grundy? Same strategy. Werewolves, Creature Commandos, other supernatural monsters? Not so much.

A3n's variation of Tranq Gun is also in use now. I'm considering "Adamantium Tranqs 11" to give them some flavor and explanation but am still content with the original name as well. Being able to hit even superpowered people makes sense to me without extrapolating.

First ERB responses in! I actually like dok's idea - if you could manage to get them behind enemy lines, a squad of Hulkbusters taking out Professor X sounds really cool thematically.

And man, yeah, Frank is going to get wrecked against these guys.

Nice and appropriate counter ability.

Tranq Gun 11
Squad effect: Would you want this to affect squad figures?

This works against any figure, unlike the previous ability. Plus, you're still allowing an attack from the third activated figure.

Final Thoughts
The Tranq Gun is a nice touch, and it would make this squad a good draft in any situation (though that probably doesn't carry a lot of weight coming from someone who isn't a competitive player).

I was kind of thinking that it should use the "choose" wordage along the lines Porkins suggested there but I couldn't get it straight in my head.

If we go with his wording I would think you need to start by saying, "After moving, ..."

I think the "... even Hulkbuster Soldiers you did not move this turn..." just confuses the "...Instead of attacking with the chosen Hulkbuster Soldiers...". It would be simpler to leave it out.

Okay, removed that part. I think I was over-thinking it and going with the Civilians approach but that wouldn't work with these guys.

Nah, I think Hahma's most recent approach is cleaner and less rife for FAQs. The only thing I would change is specifying "chosen Unique Hero" in the last bit, since you choose multiple figures in the power. Oh, and probably worth saying "opponent's Unique Hero" in the first mention, like Porkins was wondering about.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
