I'm guessing this one fell of the map (sorry) for A3n with all the Fan Four rulebook work ... in a few days, though, he won't have that excuse.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

If I'm reading things right, after 48 hours of the map being proposed, we can vote to put a Casual Map into Final Editing.

Then a PDF must be created for the Map and at least one person must build the map to confirm that the build instructions work and are correct.

Then after it's been in Final Editing for at least 48 hours, we can vote to Release.
