I would probably prefer retconn of any that stop only a figure's turn. Having said that, I don't think it was an issue for the squad instance as that you made it out Bats. Each member of a squad is a separate figure so that figure's turn ended. The issue was the extra attacks & that's an issue for a squad or a hero.

Well, with Double Attack on Hired Guns, it's an issue no matter how you slice it.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

An additional source for the same figure is Xplosion #204 / Sammy Liebman.
Additionally, the figure can be sourced from Universe #016-018 / S.W.A.T. Officer.
